Hello, I'm Sott. Thank you for commissioning me! Please take a moment to read over this document for more informations.
TERMS OF SERVICE:
Please understand that by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and limitations:
• The final product is for personal use (icons, pfp, banners). Commercial use (prints, shirts, stickers) is PROHIBITED.• Reposting on social media is also authorized. However, you must CREDIT ME as the artist.• The use of my artwork for NFTs, AI training, or any kind of redistribution is PROHIBITED.• The client has the right to authorize or not the commissioned art to be posted on my social networks.• I have the right to refuse any request at any time.• The total completion time may vary, but it usually takes a few days. Please note that, since I work on paper first and then digitize the sketch, the process may take a few extra days. However, I will keep you updated.• My skills are limited, so I do NOT draw background or complex requests.• The client may request up to 3 free revisions during the sketch or lineart stage, but please note that major revisions will not be accepted after the coloring phase has started. Be as specific as possible when describing the changes you want.• Backgrounds are solid colors only (transparent is also an option).• The commissioned art will be sent in high resolution via Google Drive link.If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCESS:
- HEADSHOT: $30 (USD).
- HALF-BODY: $40 (USD).
- FULL-BODY: $80 (USD).
— ADDITIONAL CHARACTER + 50%.- I accept USD or BRL only.
- Payment via PayPal (invoice) or PIX (for Brazilians clients).PAYMENT OPTIONS:
• 50% before starting and 50% before final delivery.
• Or 100% upfront payment (if preferred).After we discuss your request, the first payment (or full upfront payment) must be made before I start working on it. Otherwise, I will not begin.NO REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER DEPOSIT IS MADE.
COMMUNICATION:
When placing your request, please:- Be very specific about the type of art you want (character, pose, expression, lighting).
- Descriptions are also welcome! Please send some visual references, whether real photographs, images, or sketches.
- Vague requests may be declined.
I WILL DRAW:
- Female characters only (comics, games, OCs).
I WILL NOT DRAW:
- NSFW;
- Animals / Furries;
- Backgrounds;
- Realism;
- Mecha / Robots / Armor;
- Violence / Gore.
