TERMOS DE SERVIÇO:

Por favor, entende que ao encomendar uma arte, você concorda em seguir os seguintes termos e limitações:

• O produto final é para uso pessoal (icons, pfp, banners). Uso comercial (prints, estampas, figurinhas) é PROIBIDO.• Reposts da arte encomendada são permitidos. No entanto, por favor, certifique-se de me dar créditos.• O uso da minha arte para NFTs, treinamento de IA ou qualquer redistribuição é PROIBIDO.• O cliente tem total direito de autorizar ou não se a arte encomendada poderá ser postada nas minhas redes sociais.• Eu tenho direito de recusar qualquer pedido a qualquer momento.• O tempo total de finalização pode variar, mas geralmente leva cerca de 10 dias úteis ou até 2 semanas. Eu sempre manterei você atualizado. Se ocorrer algum imprevisto na minha agenda, eu o avisarei.• Minhas habilidades são limitadas. Eu NÃO desenho cenários.• O cliente tem o direito de pedir alterações a qualquer momento durante o processo. No entanto, mudanças não serão permitidas após o início da fase da coloração. Seja o mais específico possível ao descrever as alterações.• Fundos são apenas cores sólidas (transparente também é uma opção).• A arte finalizada será enviada em alta resolução via link do Google Drive.Se você tiver qualquer dúvida, sinta-se à vontade para perguntar.

PREÇOS E PROCESSO DE PAGAMENTO:

- PERSONAGEM ADICIONAL: +50%.
- Pagamento via PIX.OPÇÕES DE PAGAMENTO:
• 50% antes de começar o esboço e 50% antes da entrega final.
• Ou 100% adiantado (se preferir).Após discutirmos o seu pedido, o primeiro pagamento (ou pagamento total antecipado) deve ser efetuado antes de eu começar a trabalhar nele. Caso contrário, não iniciarei o trabalho.Não realizo reembolso após o trabalho ser iniciado.

COMUNICAÇÃO:

Ao fazer o seu pedido, por favor:- Seja muito específico sobre o tipo de arte que você quer (personagem, pose, expressão, efeitos, etc.).- Descrições são muito bem-vindas, mas envie referências visuais, como fotografias, imagens ou esboços.

EU DESENHO:

- Personagens de quadrinhos, animes e jogos;
- Seu personagem (OC).

EU NÃO DESENHO:

- NSFW;
- Animais / Furries;
- Cenários;
- Realismo;
- Fetiche;
- Mecha / Robôs / Armaduras complexas;
- Violência / Gore.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

Please understand that by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and limitations:

• The final product is for personal use (icons, pfp, banners). Commercial use (prints, shirts, stickers) is PROHIBITED.• Reposting on social media is also authorized. However, you must CREDIT ME as the artist.• The use of my artwork for NFTs, AI training, or any kind of redistribution is PROHIBITED.• The client has the right to authorize or not the commissioned art to be posted on my social networks.• I have the right to refuse any request at any time.• The total completion time may vary, but it usually takes around 10 business days or up to 2 weeks. I will keep you updated throughout the process and will notify you immediately if any unexpected delays occur in my schedule.• My skills are limited, so I do NOT draw background or complex requests.• The client is entitled to unlimited revisions during the sketching and lineart phases. However, please note that no major changes or structural revisions will be accepted once the coloring phase has started. Be as specific as possible when describing the changes you want.• Backgrounds are solid colors only (transparent is also an option).• The commissioned art will be sent in high resolution via Google Drive link.If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCESS:

- ADDITIONAL CHARACTER: +50%.
- I accept USD only.
- Payment via PayPal (invoice).PAYMENT OPTIONS:
• 50% before starting and 50% before final delivery.
• Or 100% upfront payment (if preferred).After we discuss your request, the first payment (or full upfront payment) must be made before I start working on it. Otherwise, I will not begin.Refunds will not be provided once the sketch has begun.

COMMUNICATION:

When placing your request, please:- Be very specific about the type of art you want (character, pose, expression, etc.).- Descriptions are also welcome! Please send some visual references, whether real photographs, images, or sketches.

- NSFW;
- Animals / Furries;
- Backgrounds;
- Realism;
- Fetish;
